The role:
We are looking for an innovative social media specialist driven by their insatiable desire to create best-in-class content. The role will cover developing and running the organic social media strategies for the Kilimanjaro Live socials which are currently undergoing a brand refresh.
You will be part of a collaborative, friendly and motivated team. We have seen huge growth as a company in recent years and want you to be part of the next phase.
More about the role:
The aim of the Social Content Manager is to implement the social media strategy devised in collaboration with the marketing team. You will source, create, edit and post all content. Optimising timings, tone of voice and editorial for best engagement. The role will balance ensuring that socials have day-to-day compelling content with a long-term growth strategy for the channels. To succeed you will need to be confident in approaching stakeholders at all levels to gain access to the best content available.

How you will make an impact:
Pitch ideas for content pieces for our social media channels.
Shoot, direct and edit where relevant video and photographic content.
Research and implement the most up to date posting strategies to ensure highest engagement.
Alongside the marketing team develop content strands and themes for the social media channels.
Manage a content calendar for the social media channels.
Report on the growth of the relevant channels and advise on high performing content.

Have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, including experience of managing and successfully growing social media pages.
Knowledge or awareness of live music industry and touring.
A native social media user and content creator. Ability to handle basic shoots and editing software.
Expert with the main social media channels, with a working knowledge of the most up to date posting practise.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programmes, specifically Photoshop and InDesign is a bonus!
Personable. Able to build relationships both internally and externally to ensure a great experience for all.
