TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ballot is only for fans with postcodes beginning with the following two letters: NE, DH, SR, DL, TS.
Fans have to provide a valid email address and the first 3 characters of their post code that MUST match your billing address to be accepted for the ballot.
The ballot will close Monday 21st October at 5pm – any entries after this time will NOT be added to the draw.
Submitting your details does NOT mean guaranteed access to purchase tickets.
All ballot duplicates will be removed. If you do not provide a valid email address and post code, you will not be considered for the ballot.
Wufoo forms are the service we are using to collect the ballot submissions which is a product of Survey Monkey Incorporated, once the ballot has ended all of your data will be removed from this platform. Please see their Privacy Policy here.
MyTicket as part of Kilimanjaro Live Limited, will be using Activity Stream ApS and Activity Stream EHF. (LTD.) to process the ballot signs ups and remove any duplicate or invalid email addresses and use the email service to contact all ballot entries on their ballot submission with details of the ballot process.

Kilimanjaro Live Limited will facilitate the randomised ballot draw to collect the ballot winners. All successful ballot entrants will be passed across to AXS to facilitate the ballot ticket sale.
The ballot ticket sale will be operated by AXS. If you are successful, you must use the same email address and billing post code for your AXS account.

All successful entries will receive an email confirmation from AXS with details on how to purchase tickets – there will be a ticket limit of 4 per order. There will be additional measures in place to prevent the unauthorised resale of tickets.
Only fans who have received this email will be able to purchase tickets.
Only a limited number of tickets are available for successful ballot entrants. If you are successful for the ballot this does NOT mean you are guaranteed tickets. You will be given a one-time eligible passcode and a time limit to purchase tickets.
You will be provided ticket restrictions and T&Cs at the point of purchase.
